Beautiful semi attached villa located in a quiet area of Playa Blanca, at only 2 km (about 20 minutes walking) from the main shopping area, restaurants, leisure, and the gold sand beach.
Consist of 2 nice bedrooms, with built in wardrobe, having the main bedroom its own bathroom on suite with bath, air conditioning, heated and security safe box. The other bathroom comes with shower.
A modern kitchen totally equipped with ceramic cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electrical coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, and a complete household. Next to, there is a storeroom where is located the washing machine, thermo and clotheslines.
