Rodea Villa is located in a residential area southwest of the island of Lanzarote. Near the center of Playa Blanca, with its typical seaside port, its splendid bay, plus its new and charming marina Rubicon and the fantastic beaches of Papagayo. Is an independent villa on a plot of 1500m2 at the foot of Montaņa Roja. It has 3 bedrooms, large garden, swimming pool and magnificent sea views and the nearby islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos.
Rodea Villa is fully equipped and furnished with designer furnishings and top quality. Air conditioning, with a spacious solarium, garden, BBQ, sea views.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.
The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of them with shower and the other one with a jacuzzi. Individual ecologic Pool 10x5m.
