Accommodation description:
Fabulous 3 bedroom villa, located in Playa Blanca, at only 2.5 Km. from the town, where the main shopping area, leisure and restaurants is, also from one of the golden sand beaches.
Wide terrace with garden comes with a private and heated pool with solar blankets, with individual sun bed and a built in BBQ. In a higher level, there are a large table with chairs under a pergola, where you can enjoy lunch or/and dinner outdoors with your family and/or friends.
The roomy and warm living -dining room, with a view to the pool area, consists of comfortable sofas, satellite TV, DVD, and a dining wood-table for 6 guests.
The main bedroom, decorated with simple and nice furniture, enjoys air conditioning and heating, and a on suite bathroom with bath, fully equipped. The other bathroom of the house consists of shower.
The other two bedrooms come, each of them, with two single beds and built in wardrobes.
Its practical and comfortable kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, double fridge, ceramic cooker, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a complete household. It enjoys with a store room where are the washing machine, clothes-line, iron and ironing board.

Playa Blanca is located south of Lanzarote, and in recent years has established itself as the third tourist enclave on the island. Rewarded on several occasions for its neatness, this pleasant and quiet area is ideal for the rest of the family.
Playa Blanca has a varied and thriving hotel service environment: bars, restaurants, shops ... and one of the best marinas of Lanzarote. Very close to it are the beaches of Papagayo where white sand and crystal clear water is looming between the cliffs. |
