It is constructed on a plot of 500 square meters, with a large garden and private swimming pool of 8 x3.90 m, with heated and sea water (depth: 1.50 x 1.50 m)
The property consists of 2 bedrooms, with wardrobe built-it, taking the master bedroom air conditioning, heating and bathroom on suite with tub.
The other bathroom of available housing consists of a shower.
