Quiet complex located in Matagorda, in Puerto de Carmen, at only 300 meters from the beaches and to 600 meters of the commercial district, leisure and more nearby restaurants.
It consists of 2 bedrooms, with built-in wardrobes, and 2 bathrooms, totally equipped, being one of them in suite.
The practice kitchen, full equipped comes with ceramic-cooker, oven, microwave, double fridge, electrical coffee maker and kettle, toaster, dishwasher and a complete household. Next to, there has sunlight, with washing machine, clotheslines, iron and ironing board.
The lounge - dining room, with TV satellite and DVD, enjoys conference to the wide terrace with private swimming pool of 2.90 x 5.70 m (depth: 1.20 x 1.50 m), barbecue of masonry, terrace´s furniture and individual sun beds.
