Fantastic 3 bedrooms villa located in Playa Blanca, at only 600 m from the fabulous Marina Rubicón harbour, where you can found restaurants, supermarkets, Banks, shops,…; and at 1.5 km from one of the golden sand beaches.
Large living-dining room, decorated with high quality furniture, comes with air conditioning and heater, satellite TV, DVD and comfortable sofas.

The nice kitchen, open to the living room, is well-done equipped with ceramic-cooker, oven, microwave, washing machine, iron, ironing board, double fridge, kettle, toaster, and a complete household.

The villa has two double bedrooms and the third bedrooms come with 2 single beds. All of them comes with air conditioning/heater and built in wardrobe.

Two wide and full equipped bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath.

From the living room you have direct access to the terrace, where is located the built in BBQ, nice terrace furniture under a large wood pergola.
Individuals sun beds around the private swimming pool of 2.10 x 5 m (depth. 1.30 x 1.30 m) with roman stairs

Playa Blanca is located south of Lanzarote, and in recent years has established itself as the third tourist enclave on the island. Rewarded on several occasions for its neatness, this pleasant and quiet area is ideal for the rest of the family.
Playa Blanca has a varied and thriving hotel service environment: bars, restaurants, shops ... and one of the best marinas of Lanzarote. Very close to it are the beaches of Papagayo where white sand and crystal clear water is looming between the cliffs.
